Of course! We offer entree size crust made from a rice-based flour. We also use cornmeal to prepare our pizza peels, but unfortunately, we still can't guarantee a gluten-free experience. We make our dough in house daily so there is gluten in the air at PYRO'S. Cross-contamination is an inherent risk at our stores.

At this time we are not able to offer nutritional information. Our goal is to provide this data ahead of when it is required by the FDA.

Yes. We salute all active-duty military with a free iced tea or soft drink with purchase if they present military ID.

We also offer civil service first responders (law enforcement, firefighters, and paramedics) in uniform with a free iced tea or soft drink with purchase. For law enforcement, officers a badge is considered in uniform.

Yes. We are currently running our 'Kids Eat Free on Monday Nights' promotion.

Rules and regulations: Offer valid on Monday nights from 5:00pm until 10:00pm at all PYRO'S locations. Redeem up to three (3) free kids pizza meals per one (1) adult entree purchased. There is a two (2) topping limit on kids pizza. Up-charges on drinks still apply. Offer valid for dine-in only. All kids must be present. No cash value.

You’ll need to link your registered rewards card account number or phone number to your online ordering account. Here’s what you do:

Desktop Website

1. Login to your online ordering account (or sign up, if you haven’t yet) and start a new order.
2. On the Menu screen, look for Do you have a PYRO’S Pizza Rewards?. It is on the right side of the screen under Order Contents.
3. Enter rewards card account number or phone number and click Link.
4. Your online ordering account is now linked to the Rewards program. You should see PYRO’S Pizza Rewards with your current rewards and points.
5. Complete your order and proceed to checkout.

Mobile Website

1. Login to your online ordering account (or sign up) and start a new order.
2. You’ll link your Rewards account when you reach Basket screen. It is located right below the Items summary.
3. Tap Link Membership and enter your registered account number or phone number. Your online ordering account is now linked to the Rewards program. You should see Apply Rewards option on the Basket screen.
4. Proceed to checkout.

Select the 'Apply Rewards' option on the checkout page and select the reward you would like to use.

(Make sure you are logged into your Insider Account and not checking out as a guest.)

After placing your order, proceed to the checkout page. Under Payment Method, select Enter PYRO’S Gift Card and insert the 16-digit number from the back of your card – or the 10-digit digital card number.

When you order an e-card, the recipient will receive a digital card number via the email address you provide. They will be able to use this number at the register – or as a gift card online. Physical cards will be mailed to the address of your choice within the US. You can choose to send your card with a note or wrapped with a lovely bow.

Just email us with your order number and the correct email address and we will get everything sorted out for you!

Orders will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. The time from shipping to arrival depends on the time of year and distance of the destination from our home offices.

The Pyro’s Pizza app is the easiest way to earn and redeem your Insider loyalty points. You can also store Favorite Orders, find Locations, and place online orders thru the Pyro’s App.

You technically don’t have to be an Insider- but why not? To get the most out of the app and to earn points with each purchase to redeem for free food and discounts- you need to register an Insider account with the app. Who doesn’t like getting free stuff?

If you are already a loyalty member, just use the same login info you have been using. We’ve made this easy for you. All your info has been transferred to the new Insider program.

The app uses your location information to locate the restaurants nearest to you.

Yes, by registering an account you are automatically a registered loyalty Insider.

If you were already a part of our loyalty program, just use your previous login info when logging in to the app and you are ready to go.

Just download the new Pyro’s App and use your loyalty login info to sign in. Boom, you are a member of the new Insider program. It’s that easy! All your info has been transferred to the new program and is accessible in the app.

No, you’ll have the same loyalty number. You will just use the app and check-in feature moving forward at the register to earn points instead of giving out your phone number.

The app has a new faster and safer way to connect your purchase to your loyalty account. Click the “Check-In” button in the app and give the cashier the 4-digit number.

Just open the Pyro’s app while checking out, hit the “Check-In” button on the dashboard and give the four-digit number to the cashier. With every qualifying purchase (such as pizzas, salads, desserts, soft drinks), you’ll earn points. You can then redeem your points for rewards like Drinks, Desserts, entrees, etc. - right in the app.

The easiest way to earn and keep track of your Insider points is thru the app.

There are several places to see your point total in the app. Your point balance is always available at the top of the dashboard, by clicking on “My Account” or by clicking on “Redeem Rewards”.

Yes. You can only access the Reward Yourself Store through the app.

Online orders will only allow for one reward redemption at a time.

Just sign into your loyalty account when placing an order on the Pyro’s Pizza website. Add the desired items to the basket and click checkout. Your available rewards will be visible on lower right side of the checkout page. Just apply the reward you want to use. The discount will be reflected in the new total.

Yes, points from purchases expire one year after inactivity. Promotional bonus points expire 30 days from issue. So, keep frequenting Pyro’s and there is no need to worry.

You do not earn points when purchasing gift cards. You do, however, earn points when you use the gift cards if you check-in thru the app at the restaurant or sign into your loyalty account when ordering online.

Don’t worry, you still have them! Your points and rewards will be in your account. You can view them on your Insider Balance page on your app.

Instead of point resets each quarter, now you will begin each new year with a clean slate and build those points all year long.

No. Since we are giving out rewards the month of your birthday, we will no longer be sending out half-birthday rewards.

Birthday rewards do not expire unless there has been inactivity for 12+ months.

Refer-A-Friend is a cool new way you can tell your pizza-loving friends about the Pyro’s Insider Loyalty program while earning some bonus points for yourself.

When you have 1, 3, 5, & 7 friends join the program through your referral link, check-in at any Pyro’s location and spend at least $1, you will reap the bonus points! So, share away!

Yes, indoor dining is available at all PYRO'S Fire Fresh Pizza locations in accordance with state and local requirements as well as CDC guidelines.
